How do I import my workout history?

Retrieve your past workouts from a brand that's already connected, plus the specific procedure for Polar.

Written by Romain Malbreil

With most brands, you can bring your past workouts into Nolio. This import does not start automatically: you launch it yourself, from the calendar.

📌 Good to know

Your brand must already be connected to Nolio before you start an import.

👉 Connect a watch or an app

On a computer

  1. In the top right corner of the calendar, click the ... icon to open the options.

  2. Start the import by selecting the app you want.

On mobile

  1. Tap the import icon, the small cloud with an upward arrow.

  2. Select the app you want.

💡 Tip

Each brand exposes its history differently. Some let you retrieve everything, others only a date range. This limit comes from their system, not from Nolio.

The Polar case

Unlike Garmin or Suunto, Polar doesn't offer automatic history import. There is still a way to retrieve everything in one go.

Step

Action

1

2

Click Download your data in the left menu, then Download. Polar will email you when your data is ready: it isn't instant.

3

Once you receive the email, go back to the same place and copy the button's link (right-click it).

4

In Nolio, click Import Polar history and paste the link from step 3.

The import starts. It can take several hours depending on how much data you have.

Polar must be connected to Nolio before step 4. Polar's official tutorial explains the download in detail: How to download all your data from Polar Flow.
