Why a planned workout doesn't reach your watch, and what changes by brand: Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Polar.

My workouts aren't sent to my watch

Strava quotas, data access permissions and manual import: the three causes of a missing Strava workout or one without heart rate.

My Strava workouts don't arrive or are incomplete

Curves, elevation gain, heart rate: where the differences between Nolio and your brand's app come from, and what you can adjust.

Why does my data differ from my watch or app?

Polar doesn't share this data outside Polar Flow: it can't reach Nolio.

My Polar programmed laps (Phases) don't come through

A workout doesn't reach your watch, Strava is stuck or your data doesn't match: the causes and what to do.

Fix a sync issue

Manually import a .fit, .tcx, .srm or .gpx file into Nolio, from your computer or mobile.

How do I import a workout file?

Retrieve your past workouts from a brand that's already connected, plus the specific procedure for Polar.

How do I import my workout history?

Zwift syncs directly. For TrainerRoad, Rouvy and others, the .zwo, .erg or .erc export takes over.

Send my workouts to a smart trainer app

Import a file or your whole history, and send your workouts to your indoor training app.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
