The Exercises page gathers every movement you can drop into a workout. You create your own there, file them by category, and decide what the builder will offer by default when you add them.
1. Three libraries
At the top of the left panel, three tabs:
Personal: your exercises, visible to you alone;
Team: the ones shared with the other coaches on your team;
Nolio: the library shipped with the platform.
Below that, a search field, then your categories, which open and close. Click an exercise to open its card on the right.
2. An exercise card
The card reads in two blocks.
Description
Name and Category;
Illustration: the Type chooses between Video (link), Image (link) and Image (file). On a video, paste the address, and Customize preview replaces the suggested thumbnail with your file;
Instruction: the text your athlete will read under the movement.
Default configuration
Four settings, which decide what the builder offers every time you add this exercise.
Setting | Values |
Work | Duration, Distance or Repeats, with the starting value |
Load | With load, which reveals a weight, or Without load |
Tempo | With tempo or Without tempo |
Laterality | No laterality, Alternate, Left, Right or Half and half |
📌 Good to know
These settings are a starting point, not a constraint. Once the exercise is in a workout, you change whatever you want, set by set, without touching the card.
3. What you can do with an exercise
At the top of the card:
Save records your changes;
Move to the team moves the exercise from your personal library to your team's;
the duplicate icon makes a copy of it;
the bin icon deletes it.
4. Creating an exercise
The Add button, at the top of the left panel, creates an exercise from this page. You can also create one without leaving a workout in progress.
📌 Good to know
You cannot add an exercise while you are in the Nolio category. That category is reserved for the exercises Nolio ships itself.
