You do not have to leave your workout to create an exercise that is missing. The Exercises panel, on the left of the builder, holds a creation form, and the exercise you create joins your library.
1. The Exercises panel
Three tabs decide where the movements on offer come from:
Personal: your library;
Team: the one shared with your other coaches;
Nolio: the library shipped with the platform.
Below that, a search field, then your categories. Open a category and click the + on an exercise to drop it into the workout.
2. Creating an exercise
Open the Exercises tab.
Click Create an exercise.
Give it a name.
The form opens in three sections.
Category
Space decides who will see the exercise: your personal library, or your team's. Category files it away, and the + next to it creates a category if none fits.
Illustration
The Type field offers three forms: Video (link), Image (link) and Image (file). On a video, paste the address; Customize preview lets you replace the suggested thumbnail with your own file.
Instruction
The text your athlete will read under the name of the movement. Posture, key technical points, mistakes to avoid.
3. The default configuration
The Default configuration section decides what the exercise offers every time you add it to a workout.
Field | Values |
Work | Duration, Distance or Repeats, with the starting value |
Load | With load or Without load |
Tempo | With tempo or Without tempo |
4. Saving
Two buttons, and they do not do the same thing.
Save and add: the exercise joins your library and drops into the workout in progress.
Save: it joins your library, without being added to the workout.
Either way it shows up in the category you gave it: that is your signal it has been created.
📌 Good to know
The default configuration is only a starting point. You can change it set by set once the exercise is in the workout, without touching the library card.
