A repeat automatically replays a block made up of one or more steps or exercises. You add it from the Add button in the builder, which saves you duplicating the same block by hand.
When to use a repeat
Use a repeat when:
the same block has to be performed several times;
the structure stays identical from one round to the next;
you want to avoid manual duplication.
Setting up a repeat
You define:
the number of repeats;
the elements to repeat.
Two examples
15 × 30 sec / 30 sec
A single block, repeated 15 times: 30 seconds of effort followed by 30 seconds of recovery.
2 × (15 × 30 sec / 30 sec) with 10 min recovery
Two identical blocks, separated by 10 minutes of recovery. You nest one repeat inside another: the inner repeat handles the 15 intervals, the outer one the 2 sets.
📌 Good to know
The recovery between two blocks goes outside the inner repeat. If you put it inside the repeated block, it will be replayed after every single interval.
