Using repeats

Replay a block of steps or exercises automatically, without duplicating it by hand.

Written by Romain Malbreil

A repeat automatically replays a block made of one or more steps or exercises. You add it from the builder's Add button, which saves you from duplicating the same block by hand.

When to use a repeat

Use a repeat when:

  • the same block has to run several times;

  • the structure stays identical from one round to the next;

  • you want to avoid duplicating by hand.

Setting up a repeat

You set:

  • the number of Repeats;

  • the elements to repeat.

Two examples

15 × 30 sec / 30 sec

One block, repeated 15 times: 30 seconds of effort followed by 30 seconds of recovery.

2 × (15 × 30 sec / 30 sec) with 10 min of recovery

Two identical blocks, separated by 10 minutes of recovery. You nest one repeat inside another: the inner repeat handles the 15 intervals, the outer one the 2 sets.

📌 Good to know

The recovery between two blocks goes outside the inner repeat. Put it inside the repeated block and it will run after every single interval.
