A sensor that drops out can produce outlier values: a heart rate of 220, an impossible power spike. These values become peaks, and then skew your statistics and your loads.
You can delete the peaks linked to the faulty workout to cancel out its effect.
How to do it
Open the workout settings of the workout in question.
Go to the Peaks tab.
Delete the peaks linked to this workout.
The workout stays in your history, but it no longer affects your statistics.
📌 Good to know
You delete the peaks, not the workout. That's how you keep the session in your training volume while discarding its skewed values.
