Polar programmed laps, called Phases, don't come through to Nolio. This isn't a setting you need to find on your end.

We asked Polar support: this is information they don't share outside Polar Flow. It is therefore not sent to us, and there is no workaround to retrieve it.
The rest of your Polar data comes through normally. Only Phases are affected.
