How do I import a workout file?

Manually import a .fit, .tcx, .srm or .gpx file into Nolio, from your computer or mobile.

Written by Romain Malbreil

If your watch or app isn't connected to Nolio, you can import your workouts manually from the calendar. Accepted formats are .fit, .tcx, .srm and .gpx.

💡 Tip

With Garmin, the .fit file comes inside a .zip: that works too. You can also import several files at once, or a .zip that contains them all.

On a computer

  1. In the top right corner of the calendar, click the ... icon to open the options.

  2. Click Import workout file.

  3. Drop your file, or browse your folders for it.

What it does

Force import

Imports the file even if the workout already exists. Note: it creates a duplicate if the activity has already been synced automatically.

Sport

Assigns a sport to the imported workout.

On mobile

  1. Tap the import icon, the small cloud with an upward arrow.

  2. Browse your phone's folders for the file.
