How do I manage calendar filters?

Written by Romain Malbreil

Calendar filters let you display only what you're interested in: an event type, a specific group or athlete, or certain tags. You open the filter panel from the settings icon in the top right corner of the calendar.

This page shows you how to:

  • filter by event type and by group/individual;

  • filter by tags;

  • reset your filters.

1. Filter by events and by group / individual

In the filter panel, click Events (left menu, "Filters" section).

Step

Action

1

In the Events column, select the types to display: Trainings, Competitions, Notes, Cycles, Messages, Forms.

2

In the Group / Indiv. column, choose the scope: Group, Subgroup, Multiple athletes or Individual.

3

The calendar updates automatically based on your selection.

💡 Tip

The None button at the top of each column lets you uncheck everything at once to start from a clean selection.

2. Filter by tags

Click Tags in the left menu to display your tags.

Tags are grouped by category: Uncategorized, plus your own custom categories (CAP, COMPÉTITIONS, CYCLISME, NATATION, PPG, RUNNING…).

  1. Click the tags you want to display to select them.

  2. Use All at the top of a category to select all its tags.

  3. At the bottom, Select all turns on every tag.

📌 Good to know

Each tag has its own color, so you can spot your workouts visually in the calendar.

3. Reset your filters

To go back to the default display, click Reset at the bottom of the panel. Your Events and Tags filters are cleared.
