Manage your athletes' statuses: waiting, paused, archived

What each status changes for your quotas, your history and how to bring an athlete back.

Written by Romain Malbreil

An athlete in your team can have one of four statuses. They differ on two points that matter: whether the athlete counts toward your quotas, and what happens to their history.

Paused

Waiting athlete

The athlete has received your invitation but has not accepted it yet. They stay waiting until they join the team themselves: you cannot force them in on their behalf.

Paused athlete

The athlete remains a member of your team but no longer counts toward your quotas. This is the status to use for a temporary break: you reactivate them in one click from the team page, without having to invite them again.

Archived athlete

The athlete is removed from your team and no longer counts toward your quotas, but you keep access to the workouts completed during the coaching period.

To bring them back, you will need to send them a new invitation, by email or through your team link.

Deleted athlete

You can delete an athlete who has already been archived.

📌 Good to know

Deletion is permanent: you lose all of this athlete's history and the workouts completed with them. If in doubt, archive instead: the result is the same for your quotas, but the history is kept.
