How does the left sidebar work?

The three tabs, the tracking indicators, search and right-clicking an athlete: everything in the calendar sidebar.

Written by Romain Malbreil

On the Calendar page, the left sidebar is your control center: it gives you access to your athletes and your libraries, and shows you at a glance how your athletes are doing.

Your team name

Click it to go straight to your team page, where you manage the settings that apply to your athletes. The double arrow on the right collapses the sidebar to give the calendar more room.

The three tabs

Tab

What it contains

Athletes (person icon)

Your own calendar, then your groups and their athletes. Click an athlete to open their calendar, or a group name to open the group calendar.

Events library (layers icon)

Your library of workouts, competitions, notes, cycles, messages and questionnaires, under Personal, Team or Nolio. Drag them onto a calendar to schedule them.

Training plan models (calendar icon)

Same idea for complete plans, under Personal or Team. You'll also find your Plans purchased here.

💡 Tip

Right-click an athlete to open their Athlete info or Send a message, without leaving the calendar.

The three indicators

Pick an indicator from the list at the top of the athletes tab. It tells you how your athletes are doing, without opening a single calendar.

Indicator

What it shows you

Last login

Who checks their calendar regularly, and who doesn't.

Up-to-date planning?

Who needs you to plan workouts for them. Green: planning done. Red: planning missing.

HRV tracking

Who regularly logs their heart rate variability.

Search

Find an athlete by typing their first or last name. In the library tabs, the search field finds a template by its name.
