Account settings: Dashboard tab

The dashboard shows, above the calendar, a daily summary of your athletes' goals, key metrics, training loads and form. This tab lets you choose exactly what appears and how.


1. Access the "Dashboard" tab

From Nolio, click your avatar, then Settings.

In the Nolio section of the side menu, select Dashboard.


2. Enable / disable the dashboard

At the top of the page: Enable the dashboard toggle.

  • ON (blue): the preview banner shows on the selected athlete's Calendar page.

  • OFF (gray): the banner disappears and the display becomes cleaner again.


3. Main sections to display

Each block has its own toggle; enable them as needed:

Show goals

The next three goals (competitions or a note flagged as a goal).

Metrics

Show metrics

The real-time value of the selected metrics (Max HR: 194 bpm, Weight: 68.5 kg…).

Training loads

Show load indicators

Foster, TRIMP, ACWR models for the current day. (Configure the models in Settings > Training load.)

Form

Show form

Latest Body Battery score (Garmin) or Nolio HRV form. Priority data source selector: Most recent / Garmin / Nolio.

Disabling a block lightens the interface.


4. Choose which metrics to display

4.1. Categories

Metrics are grouped by category (e.g. Cardiac, Health, Power). Each category is shown as an accordion 📂:

  • Click the header to expand the list.

  • Tick Show for each relevant metric.

💡 The available metrics depend on those you've enabled in Settings > Metrics.

4.2. Display order

The dashboard follows the category order; use drag-and-drop (⋮⋮) in the Metrics tab to re-order.
