The Records tab lets you decide which automatic records Nolio should compute on your athletes' workouts (speed, power, heart rate, cadence, etc.) and which to show on the tracking charts. With the toggles, you can enable or disable these records for each discipline at a glance.
1. Access the "Records" tab
Step | Action |
1 | Click your avatar ➜ Settings. |
2 | In the Nolio section, select Records. |
2. Record selection block
Each sport is shown as a card with two families:
Family | Description | Record examples |
Time | Records set over a fixed duration / distance. | 400 m, 1 km, 5 km, 20 minutes… |
Distance | Records set over a fixed, timed distance. | 1 mi, 2 km, 10 km… |
Within each family you'll find several activatable dimensions:
Pace / Speed
Cadence
Heart rate
Power (if a sensor is available)
Ascent / descent speed
Torque (bike with torque sensor)
Tip: ascent/descent speed records are only computed on workouts with at least 100 m of elevation gain.
2.1. Enable / disable a dimension
Blue toggle: active (records computed and shown).
Gray toggle: inactive.
Changes apply retroactively: disabling Cadence in running will hide all the matching records.
2.2. Enable / disable a whole sport
The big switch at the top of each block (e.g. Running) turns off all the dimensions for that sport.
3. Display block
After choosing which records to compute, decide which ones you want to see in the Nolio charts.
Section | Content |
Power / Cardio / Cadence … record | Lists the available distances and/or times with a box to enable. |
💡 Open/close a record's accordion via the ➚ arrow to avoid unnecessary scrolling.
4. How the calculations work
Records are recomputed at the end of each workout import or sync.
To be taken into account, the workout must contain:
GPS data (speed / distance),
Power meter,
Heart rate (for HR records).
If several workouts beat the same record on the same day, Nolio keeps the best value.
