Labels are colored keywords you apply to your workouts.
They let you quickly filter training in the statistics or the calendar (e.g. VO2max, Track, Sprint, Video analysis…).
In this tab, you can create, edit, share or delete your labels for each athlete.
1. Access the "Labels" tab

2. Choose the athlete
At the top of the page, a “Choose the athlete” drop-down lets you manage a specific athlete's labels.
3. List of existing labels
Column | Description |
Name | The label's title (e.g. Track, Trail…). |
Color | Colored dot (chosen from the swatch or your custom colors). |
Created by | Name of the coach or athlete who created the label. |
4. Manage labels
4.1. Add a label
Click Add a label (blue + button).
In the pop-up:
Name: enter the label.
Color: choose from the swatch.
✅ Share the label (optional): if checked, the label becomes available to all coaches and athletes in your teams.
Click Save.
4.2. Edit a label
Click the label row, then ✏️ “edit” to change the name or color.
4.4. Delete a label
In the edit window, click 🗑️ Delete then confirm.
(Workouts already labeled keep the old label, but it no longer appears in the lists.)
💡 Labels are specific to each athlete (unless you decide to share them).
5. Using labels
Area | Use |
Calendar / Tracking | Shows the label's icon on the workout. |
Statistics | Filter the charts by label to analyze the load, time or distance of a type of work. |
Group monitoring | You can also filter by label and compare athletes or groups. |
Example: create the Trail and Road labels to compare time or distance by surface in running.
