Account settings: Calendar tab

Customize how your training calendar is displayed and exported with the options in the Calendar tab. This page lets you:

  • choose the monthly view that suits you best;

  • compare RPE over time;

  • show or hide the athlete's main sport;

  • generate an .ics link to sync your workouts with Google / Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc.


1. Access the "Calendar" tab

From Nolio, click your avatar, then Settings.

In the Nolio section of the side menu, select Calendar.


2. Monthly views block

2.1. Multi-month view

Field

Description

Number of months shown

Set how many months appear at once in the Calendar view (1 to 6). Example: 3 to see the quarter at a glance.

2.2. Weekly completed summary

Option

Effect

Main sport (default)

Shows, in each week cell, the total hours / distance for the athlete's main sport.

All-sport total

Adds up every discipline.

Training load (Foster)

Shows the subjective load (duration × RPE).

Training load (Coggan) Cycling only

Shows the Coggan load in cycling.

2.3. Weekly planned summary

The same options as above, but applied to planned workouts.

💡 Choose All-sport total to quickly check a week's overall load without opening each day.


3. Miscellaneous block

3.1. RPE comparison

Control

Function

Enable RPE comparison (toggle)

Shows, in each week's summary, your current average RPE compared with that of the last X weeks.

Number of weeks

Numeric field to set X (e.g. 4).

3.2. Show the athlete's main sport

Toggle to show the athlete's main sport (e.g. running, cycling, etc.) next to the weekly summary. When off, the icon stays the coach's main sport.


4. Calendar export block

Create .ics feeds to paste into any external calendar app.

Planned calendar

Planned workouts.

Enable link button ➜ generates a private URL.

Completed calendar

Completed workouts with synced data.

Enable link button.

Once the link is generated:

  1. Copy the URL.

  2. In Google Calendar: Other calendars > From URL.

  3. In Apple Calendar: File > New Calendar Subscription.
