Step	Action
1	Log in to your Nolio account.
2	Click your avatar (top-right corner), then select Settings.
3	In the left-hand menu, make sure the General tab is highlighted.

Item	Description	Available actions
Email address	Address used to log in and receive notifications.	Not editable here; use Edit my information to change it.
Edit my information	Opens the Profile page to update your name, date of birth, etc.	Click, then follow the form.
Profile picture	Circular image shown throughout the app.	• Choose an image: upload a JPG/PNG file (min 200×200 px). • Remove my photo to revert to the generic avatar.

Setting	Options	Impact
Language	French, English	Translates the interface and emails.
First day of the week	Monday (default) or Sunday	Changes how your training calendar is displayed.
Unit system	Metric (km, kg) or Imperial (mi, lb)	All data and charts adapt automatically.
Time zone	Drop-down list (e.g. Europe/Paris)	Sets the time reference for your workouts and notifications.

Feature	Why use it	How to
Change my password	Strengthen security or regain access if you suspect your account has been compromised.	Enter the old password, then the new one (≥ 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 digit).
Two-factor authentication	Adds a layer of security via a TOTP code.	Follow the wizard and scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.
Delete my account	Permanently erases your data. Irreversible action!	Confirm with your password and type “DELETE”.
