To sync your Hammerhead bike computer (Karoo or Karoo 2) with Nolio, connect your account directly from the Data synchronization tab in your settings.

In the Nolio section, open Data synchronization.

You are redirected to the official Hammerhead authorization page: log in with your credentials.

Authorize the requested permissions (read activities, metrics, profile…).

Back on Nolio, the Hammerhead card turns green: the connection is active.

1. Click your avatar, then Settings.
2. In the Nolio section, open Data synchronization.
3. Click the Hammerhead card.
4. You are redirected to the official Hammerhead authorization page: log in with your credentials.
5. Authorize the requested permissions (read activities, metrics, profile…).
6. Back on Nolio, the Hammerhead card turns green: the connection is active.

Workouts - Automatic import of your completed sessions - Automatic sending of structured workouts planned by your coach

All data recorded by your Karoo flows into Nolio.

To stop syncing, click the Hammerhead card (green) to open the Details, then click Disconnect and confirm.

📌 Good to know ​ Make sure your Karoo device is up to date: automatic syncing requires a recent software version.
